Level 1

In Level 1 you’ll find gentle flows, covering basic Pilates principles, drawing your attention to form and technique with a focus on fundamental movements to increase strength and flexibility. Some classes will use equipment with low impact exercises that are suitable for all levels. Level 1 is perfect for anyone looking for a traditional class or a more gentle workout. You’ll also find lots of stretch classes included here. Beginners are advised to start here but there is something for everyone in Level 1 regardless of your ability.

You will be increasing intensity in Level 2 while still maintaining your Pilates principles learned in Level 1, but the classes will include some more challenging moves. Suitable for anyone with previous experience in Pilates wanting to take on more of a challenge. 

Level 3 is for those who have been practicing Pilates for some time and are ready for a higher intensity workout. Expect more focus on endurance here. Using the foundations from level 1, you’ll be maintaining form whilst challenging your strength and flexibility to increase your endurance. Expect to be challenged in terms of reps, resistance/weight, stamina and resilience.
