Claire is a certified mat, reformer and barre Pilates instructor. She is passionate about helping clients to understand their body and how it moves.

She will help you to strengthen your body, increase flexibility and mobility and equip you with movements to help to prevent injury and maintain performance. 

Claire is also an Applied Positive Psychology coach and brings a wealth a knowledge from her studies and experience to this platform in the hope that members can benefit from her coaching techniques at a more accessible level. On the Primary Pilates & Performance app, members will find coaching programmes they can follow, as well as articles and videos created by Claire drawing on the field of positive psychology.

Through pilates and coaching content, members will be encouraged and equipped to live their most desired life.
